We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee our crews and ensure our properties are consistently maintained to the highest level.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and knows how to manage crews effectively.

Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily landscaping and property maintenance operations, working directly with crews, inspecting properties, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to company standards.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can identify issues before they become problems, hold team members accountable, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

This is not an office-based position. The supervisor will be actively involved in daily field operations, visiting multiple properties, working alongside crews when necessary, and ensuring that every property meets our expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Supervision & Leadership

- Supervise and oversee daily landscaping and property maintenance crews.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Ensure crews remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
- Provide direction, training, and ongoing feedback to employees.
- Lead by example and assist crews with hands-on work when required.
- Address performance issues and communicate concerns to management.

Property Maintenance & Quality Control





- Conduct regular site visits and property inspections.
- Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Oversee lawn cutting, trimming, edging, garden bed maintenance, pruning, weeding, and general property upkeep and snow removal.
- Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective work is completed promptly.
- Maintain consistent quality across multiple properties.
- Take initiative to identify improvements without waiting for direction.
- Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and professionally maintained.

Daily Operations

- Coordinate daily crew assignments and work priorities.
- Monitor job completion and ensure work is performed within scheduled timeframes.
- Ensure equipment, vehicles, and tools are properly maintained.
- Enforce company safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
- Communicate daily updates, property concerns, and crew performance to management.
- Help improve operational efficiency and overall service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory, foreman, or crew leader experience strongly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of landscaping practices and property maintenance standards.




- Proven ability to supervise employees and manage multiple job sites.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to identify maintenance issues and take corrective action independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record.
- Physically capable of working outdoors and assisting crews when required.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
