Elevation Partner

Toronto

Elevation Partner is a marketing agency in Vaughan, Ontario serving medical spas, beauty clinics, and wellness brands across Canada and the United States. We combine paid advertising, organic social media, influencer marketing, and CRM systems to help our partners attract, convert, and retain clients.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to own our organic social department, from strategy and client communication to shoots, creative direction, publishing, and performance.

The Role

You will manage 5+ client accounts and lead a small creative team, including a coordinator and video editor.

This is a hands-on management role. You must be able to develop the strategy, explain it to clients, direct the team, film content, and personally create or improve deliverables when needed.

You are accountable for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and performance of your department’s work.

What You Will Own

1. Content strategy and monthly planning

- Develop a distinct content strategy for each client based on their services, audience, brand, promotions, and business goals.
- Build monthly calendars that balance education, treatment results, behind-the-scenes content, promotions, and lifestyle content across awareness, trust, conversation, and conversion.
- Create specific concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action, not simply lists of topics.
- Have monthly calendars approved before the month begins, with enough time for production and revisions.

2. Shoot planning and on-site production

- Own shoots from preparation through delivery: concepts, shot lists, schedules, staff or model coordination, equipment, filming, and asset organization.
- Direct clinic staff, providers, clients, and influencers so they feel comfortable and deliver usable content.
- Capture strong smartphone footage with appropriate lighting, sound, framing, and composition.
- Gather enough usable material to support the approved calendar and reduce avoidable reshoots.
- Adapt when a treatment, model, or staff member becomes unavailable.
- Confirm required permissions and consents before filming or publishing.

3. Creative direction and quality control

- Brief the team with clear objectives, references, deliverables,

and deadlines.
- Review every asset before client approval or publishing.
- Maintain each client’s fonts, colours, visual style, tone, and positioning across all content.
- Catch incorrect treatment names, pricing, offers, locations, spelling, subtitles, and booking information.
- Give precise, actionable feedback and ensure revisions are completed.
- Personally create or edit short-form videos and Canva assets when needed.

4. Department and client management

- Run the department through Asana with clear task owners, deadlines, production stages, and approval status.
- Manage team capacity and flag delays early, with a proposed solution.
- Keep Google Drive organized so footage, approved assets, brand kits, and calendars are easy to find.

5. Influencer partnerships

- Identify creators based on audience relevance, location, content quality, engagement, and brand fit.
- Negotiate compensation, deliverables, timelines, content usage, and disclosure requirements.
- Coordinate bookings, briefs, approvals, posting, and follow-up.
- Track agreed deliverables and report on results using available reach, engagement, inquiries, bookings, and attribution data.

6. Community management and team alignment

- Ensure comments and DMs receive responses within 24 hours, with a clear coverage and escalation process.
- Route booking inquiries to the appropriate clinic or patient sales team.
- Escalate complaints and medical questions to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate content with paid advertising, CRM, and patient sales so offers and messaging stay consistent.
- Follow client approval procedures and applicable advertising, privacy, consent, and disclosure requirements. Avoid unsupported treatment claims or misleading results.

7. Reporting and improvement

- Report monthly on results, lessons, and recommended changes for each account.

- Evaluate reach, watch time, retention, saves, shares, profile visits, clicks, and attributable inquiries or bookings where tracking is available.
- Explain what performed, why it likely worked, and what to test next.
- Take responsibility for improving content quality and performance over time.

Required Experience and Skills

- 3+ years of professional social media and content experience, including ownership of multiple business accounts at the same time.
- Experience managing at least five client or brand accounts concurrently, with responsibility for planning, production, approvals, and reporting.
- Experience supervising a coordinator, editor, freelancer, or creative team.
- A strong portfolio of published Reels, carousels, captions, and branded content that you personally helped produce.
- Proven ability to plan and lead on-site shoots.
- Solid copywriting, proofreading, and short-form storytelling skills.
- Hands-on proficiency in Canva and CapCut or comparable editing software.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn findings into specific creative decisions.
- Strong organization and follow-through without daily reminders.
- Availability to travel to client locations for scheduled shoots, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness is strongly preferred. Candidates from other industries must demonstrate the ability to research treatments accurately and create appropriate content for this audience.

Tools

Asana, Google Drive, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, and GoHighLevel.

You should be confident using the core planning, publishing, and creative tools. GoHighLevel experience is an asset.

What Success Looks Like

- Client calendars are approved before the month begins.
- Shoots are prepared, efficient, and produce usable content.
- Deliverables meet brand standards and agreed deadlines.
- Clients receive accurate content with fewer avoidable revisions.
- Team members know what to deliver and when.
- Reports lead to practical improvements.
- Leadership does not need to chase routine tasks or catch basic mistakes.
