Social Media Marketing Manager (Part time / Full-Time)

About Us

Fitness Avenue is an established Canadian fitness equipment retailer expanding into the U.S. market through our AmStaff Fitness brand.

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence, including organic growth, content creation, and paid advertising.

We have an extensive product range, showrooms, warehouse facilities, and an existing creative team. We need someone who can turn these resources into engaging content, a growing audience, and measurable business results.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can develop a strategy and execute it independently, not simply schedule posts.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to grow followers, engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
- Content Creation: Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, TikToks, Stories, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Paid Advertising: Independently manage Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, including creative testing, audience targeting, budget optimization, and ROAS.
- Organic & Paid Integration: Identify successful organic content and strategically amplify it through paid campaigns.
- AI-Powered Production: Leverage AI tools to improve content quality, creativity, and production efficiency while maintaining professional standards.
- Collaboration:



Work with our existing content creator and internal teams to maintain an efficient content production workflow.
- Performance: Monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and provide concise monthly reports with measurable results.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts.
- Strong portfolio of engaging, high-quality content, particularly short-form video.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns; TikTok Ads experience is an asset.
- Proficiency with video editing and AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience growth.
- Self-motivated, creative, organized, and capable of executing independently.

Experience in fitness, ecommerce, or consumer products is an asset. Demonstrated results and practical skills matter more than formal education.

First 30 Days — Expectations

- Develop and begin executing a clear social media growth strategy.
- Establish a consistent content calendar and publishing workflow.
- Produce and publish engaging content across our social channels.
- Launch or optimize paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrate measurable initial progress in reach, engagement, or follower growth.
- Present a performance summary and growth plan for the following month.
