Position Summary

AMBA Health and Beauty Spa is seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This guest-facing role combines reception, appointment coordination, and spa support to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience for every client.

As a first point of contact, you will represent AMBA with warmth and professionalism while supporting the efficient operation of the spa. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional service, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and works well in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and direct clients to the appropriate service areas.
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa services and amenities.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information with discretion.
- Maintain clean, organized,



and welcoming reception and guest areas.
- Collaborate with service providers to support appointment flow and guest needs.
- Assist with daily spa operations and attendant duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and attentive.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and commitment to exceptional guest care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.95 per hour
