- Robust hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) and Kubernetes troubleshooting using command-line tools.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability, preferably Dynatrace.
- Ability to analyze Java Spring Boot code, application logs, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Strong problem-solving, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) skills
