Job Title: Jr. Bookkeeper

Location: Kingston, Ontario

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (with room to grow)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm.

Training will begin as part-time (approximately three days per week) and increase to full-time hours as onboarding progresses.

This role will support management with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a Bookkeeping or Business Administration program and is eager to put their skills into practice in a qualified, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

- Record, reconcile, and verify daily financial transactions
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end procedures
- Perform data entry using Excel, ensuring accurate formulas, formatting, and totals
- Support management with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records

What We're Looking For:

- Post-secondary education in Bookkeeping or Business Administration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, and data organization)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Xero is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and minimal errors
- Excellent organization, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

- This is an in-office position in a scent-free environment
