AirSprint Inc. in Calgary is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead day-to-day HR and payroll, shaping people strategies across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation and perks, payroll governance, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance & CFO, you will drive compliance with relevant laws, oversee HRIS and data governance, and develop metrics to enable evidence-based decisions
