ADVICO is a Sherwood Park advisory firm specializing in advanced life insurance strategies for business owners, professionals and high-net-worth clients. We're hiring a Strategist / Support Advisor to join our team full-time in our office. In this role you'll work alongside and learn from a senior advisor, supporting client strategy, case design and the day-to-day work that gets complex cases placed.

What you'll do - Support a senior advisor with client strategy, presentations and case management - Run illustrations and help build insurance strategies for client and advisor presentations - Prepare needs analyses and reason-why letters - Complete applications for new business and IFA lending - Work with underwriters and carriers to move cases through underwriting and placement - Help conduct annual client reviews and keep insurance strategies up to date - Support independent advisors with onboarding, training and case questions - Build relationships with MGAs, carriers, bankers and centres of influence - Maintain and improve our Zoho CRM, and provide day-to-day office tech support What you bring - Knowledge of, or strong interest in,



permanent life insurance and advanced planning - Solid communication and relationship-building skills - Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage several cases at once - Comfortable presenting and explaining complex ideas clearly - Comfortable with CRM platforms and technology, and quick to learn new tools - Eager to learn and grow with a small, ambitious team Nice to have - LLQP licence (or willingness to obtain it after hire, with our support) - Experience at an MGA, brokerage, carrier or advisor-support firm - Exposure to participating whole life, universal life or corporate-owned insurance - Familiarity with IFA lending and Zoho CRM - Post-secondary education in business, finance or a related field Why ADVICO - Learn advanced case design directly from a senior advisor - Work on complex, high-value cases from start to finish - A clear path to grow into a lead strategist or advisor role - A small team where your ideas and process improvements matter To apply, submit your resume and a short cover letter.
