We are seeking a detailed-orient Landscape Crew Leader to join In Bloom Landscaping. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, great customer service, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various outdoor projects
- Oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants and trees
- Perform lawn maintenance, garden bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Operate lawn cutting tractors
- Use Trimmers, hedge clippers and blowers
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years experience.
- Previous work references
- Must be able to operate Toro Tractors and be familiar Stihl Trimmers.
- Proven experience in landscaping,



garden maintenance.
- Solid leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
