Quality Homes is seeking a hands-on working supervisor that is organized, people oriented, and a team player who is a self-starter.

Experience in lot grading, layout and placement of homes as well as the ability to supervise.

Knowledge of home building products, ability to read grading plans, engineered drawings and use of laser or transit level, coordinate contractors to excavate, backfill and pour foundations, approval of quotes and invoicing, are important aspects of the Foundation Supervisor.

Travel is required throughout Ontario to Northern locations. Accommodations, cell phone and vehicle will be provided.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
