Talent Acquisition Assistant (3-Month Contract)

About the role

Our client is modernizing how we hire. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the launch our new applicant tracking system (ATS) with ADP and support recruiting across the company.

What you'll do

- Support the full implementation of a new ATS

- Support hiring from sourcing through to second-round interviews, including employer brand, job postings, ATS management and candidate selection

- Represent CCM at career fairs when needed.

- Work with hiring managers from requisition through ATS close-out

- Coordinate offer approvals with the Director, Human Resources

- Support the HR Team with ATS setup, platform management, and sourcing tools

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Recruiting experience is preferred

- Construction industry experience is preferred

- Comfortable with HR technology and AI; ADP experience is an asset

- Organized, proactive and a strong communicator
