In this position, you will modernize and streamline the company’s talent acquisition function. You will lead a small, high‑performing team while overseeing ATS optimization, recruitment technology, internal mobility programs, talent pipelines, and campus recruitment .

What You’ll Do

- Implement AI‑enabled sourcing and screening tools
- Improve recruitment workflows and hiring experience
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment across corporate and operational roles
- Oversee ATS administration,



reporting, and ERP connectivity
- Build internal mobility and succession‑focused sourcing strategies
- Lead campus recruitment programs and partnerships
- Manage employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Use talent analytics to forecast needs and track KPIs
- Mentor and support a small TA team
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders

What You Bring

- 5 or more years in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated success navigating candidate marketplace, uncovering new solutions and strategies
- You must have hands on experience using AI powered tools and platforms
