Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who wants to grow into HR. The role starts mostly in recruitment and gradually takes on more HR responsibilities in Canada.

Talent Acquisition

- Source and attract candidates worldwide, not only locally, for roles based in Canada
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Support selected candidates through the administrative steps of joining the company in Canada, including relocation where needed
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build a proactive talent pipeline

HR Administration (growing share of the role)

- Take over HR administration for Canada
- Follow up on salary increases and the related processes
- Manage group health insurance and benefits topics
- Contribute to HR processes and practices as the Canadian team grows

Growth path

- The role is split between recruitment and HR at the start and will move steadily towards HR, in line with your development and the company’s needs.

​ Candidate ProfileMust have

- Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong hands-on sourcing skills (direct sourcing, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pooling)
- Fluent skilled English, written and spoken
- Experience recruiting across borders, or a strong interest in doing so
- Rigor and organisation in administrative follow-up
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- A genuine interest in growing into a broader HR role

Nice to have

- French (a real asset, not required)
- Knowledge of Canadian HR practices (payroll cycles, salary reviews, group benefits)
- Experience supporting candidates through relocation and onboarding

​ The salary for this position ranges from C$ 45 000 to C$ 52 000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
