We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members / Crew Members to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer transactions with accuracy and friendliness, upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle food safely by following proper procedures for storage, handling, and preparation
- Assist in kitchen tasks such as food prep, plating, and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices and food handling procedures
- Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and upselling techniques

Hours: Variable shifts of 4-8 hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
