Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Business teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements, managing product backlogs, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions for banking and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate product strategy into functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, architects, UX, and QA teams.
- Support API design, system integrations, and data modeling.
- Assist with test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Maintain transparent documentation and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SDLC.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Banking or FinTech experience, including account origination, payments, lending, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded finance, and open banking APIs.
- Familiarity with financial standards such as ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, and SOAP/XML.
- Awareness of financial regulations and compliance standards, including PCI DSS, GLBA, SOC 2, and FFIEC.
