Technical Solutions & Product Specialist

We're looking for a Technical Solutions & Product Specialist who understands construction, enjoys solving technical challenges, and knows how to turn complex information into practical solutions.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team, dealer network, contractors, and customers to provide technical guidance, prepare product estimates, interpret building codes, and deliver product training.

You'll also play an important role in improving our products by bringing customer feedback, industry developments, and building-code requirements into our product development process.

What You'll Be Doing

Technical Support & Building Code Guidance

- Provide technical guidance to dealers, contractors, customers, and sales representatives across Canada and the United States.
- Interpret building codes, structural design tables, and product specifications to help customers make informed decisions.
- Help troubleshoot technical challenges related to product selection, design, and installation.
- Work alongside our sales team to develop practical solutions that support customer projects.

Design, Takeoffs & Estimating

- Review construction drawings and use AutoCAD to prepare accurate material takeoffs and estimates.
- Develop Geofoam quantity takeoffs and application recommendations.
- Design and prepare tapered EPS roofing insulation layouts and slope packages.
- Compare building methods, insulation systems, energy performance, and costs to help customers evaluate their options.
- Ensure technical information and estimates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Product Training & Customer Education

- Develop and deliver technical training for dealers, contractors, and sales representatives.
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
- Help customers understand installation best practices, product capabilities, and applicable building-code requirements.




- Build confidence throughout our dealer network by making technical information easy to understand and apply.

Product Development & Continuous Improvement

- Stay current with building codes, construction standards, and developments in building materials.
- Gather feedback from customers, contractors, and dealers to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Work with internal teams to improve product specifications, technical documentation, and installation guides.
- Support research and development initiatives across our ICF, Geofoam, and EPS roofing product lines.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with practical problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in construction, building design, architectural technology, engineering technology, building materials, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, building methods, and structural concepts.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Familiarity with Canadian and/or US building codes and construction standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and complete accurate material takeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating technical information to customers with different levels of experience.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Experience That Would Be an Asset

- Knowledge of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) construction.
- Experience with Geofoam, EPS insulation, or commercial roofing systems.
- Experience designing tapered roofing insulation packages.
- Familiarity with energy modeling and building performance analysis.
- Previous experience in technical sales, estimating, product support, or construction-related training.




- Experience working with contractors, engineers, architects, or building-material dealers.

You don't need to know every SuperForm product on day one. We're looking for someone with the right technical foundation, curiosity, and willingness to become an expert.
