We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
- Recommend suitable travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documentation
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries before, during, and after their trips
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance client satisfaction




- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company database
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to negotiate deals and secure the best options for clients

Experience

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Hotel experience or background in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and industry tools is preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
