About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatcher / Scale Operator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating trucks, managing scale operations, and ensuring clear communication between drivers, customers, and the yard.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispatch trucks efficiently and coordinate daily schedules
- Operate the scale (weighing trucks in and out accurately)
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members throughout the day
- Track loads, deliveries, and job progress
- Handle paperwork and basic data entry
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust schedules as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Punctual and reliable
- Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and skilled)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative




- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Experience in dispatching, trucking, or logistics ( 2 Years+ Preferred)

Nice to Have (but not required)

- Experience operating a scale

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
