IKEA Richmond is seeking a Unit Facility Management Specialist to lead facility services across stores and offices, emphasizing safety, compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external FM suppliers, oversee CAFM systems, support energy management and sustainability initiatives, and help keep our spaces safe, effective and welcoming for co-workers and customers.
