What We’re Looking For

- Veterinary Medical Assistant certificate or minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic

- Pet grooming experience considered an asset

- Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skill

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Providing excellent client care and communication

- Experience with Avimark Software

- Sufficient knowledge in veterinary terminology

- Must be available for 8-hour weekday shifts and some Saturday's

Key Responsibilities

- Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care

- Provide gentle, safe restraint of animals during exams and treatments

- Scheduling and managing appointments

- Answering phones and responding to emails

- Assisting with patient intake and record management





- Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment

- Supporting the veterinary team with daily clinic operations

- Help with inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies

- Support a positive and welcoming client experience
