Our client is looking for a Visual Designer with strong production experience to join a fast-paced creative studio environment. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for executing high-quality creative assets across digital channels.

This role is remote, 3+ months (with potential for 12+ months), and 40 hours per week (10-6 est). The hourly rate is $65.00, T4.

The successful candidate will support the production and adaptation of existing creative materials, ensuring assets are optimized and delivered across multiple platforms and formats.

Responsibilities

- Reformat, resize, and adapt creative assets for various digital, social media, and marketing channels
- Retouch and update design assets while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality
- Create and optimize assets for social media, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to support project delivery




- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment
- Maintain quality control and consistency across all creative outputs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Design, Studio Design, or a related creative role
- Robust portfolio showcasing visual design, social media, and digital design work
- Experience creating and adapting assets for various digital and social platforms
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere etc.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency or in-house studio environment
- Knowledge of interactive design principles and digital user experiences
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools
