Responsibilities

- Operate warehouse equipment, including order pickers and reach trucks, to efficiently move products within the facility.
- Manage order fulfillment processes by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to build pallets and prepare orders for distribution.




- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies as needed.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.

Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge that enables effective troubleshooting of equipment is a plus.
- Experience with inventory management systems will be beneficial.
- A strong understanding of logistics operations, including load/unload procedures and order fulfillment best practices, is essential.
