About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a packaging, manufacturing, or distribution environment, and is comfortable operating different types of material-handling equipment.

This is a hands-on position involving receiving, shipping, loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory, organizing the warehouse, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate counterbalance forklifts, high-reach forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Move, stage, and organize pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities
- Pick, pack, wrap, and label products as required
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Perform regular equipment and workplace safety checks
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Previous experience in a packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or similar warehouse environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Experience operating a high-reach forklift




- Experience using electric/manual pallet jacks
- Ability to safely lift and move materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong workplace safety awareness
- Forklift certification is an asset

Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Applicants who are working in Canada under a work permit must have at least 2 years remaining on their current work authorization at the time of application.
