Reporting to the Inventory & DistributionManager, as our Warehouse Supervisor, you will keep daily operations runningsmoothly—from receiving and storing building materials to picking, staging, andshipping customer orders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solvingproblems, organizing the details, and helping people do their best work. Youwill have the chance to improve processes, develop your team, and make a realimpact every day.

WhatYou’ll Get to Do

- Keep receiving, order picking, packing, staging, andshipping running safely and efficiently.
- Set priorities so the team stays on track, and customersget what they need, when they need it.
- Lead by example, support employees, and encourageteamwork.
- Celebrate great work, provide helpful feedback, andaddress performance concerns fairly and promptly.
- Make smart use of receiving areas, storage locations,yard space, and warehouse resources.
- Keep inventory accurate.
- Partner with purchasing teams to keep popular products instock.
- Ensure forklifts, lifting equipment, and warehousemachinery are used safely and kept in good working order.
- Champion a clean, safe workplace and proper handlingpractices.
- Maintain clear records for receipts, transfers, inventorycounts, orders, and shipments.
- Look for practical ways to reduce waste, improveaccuracy, and make each day run a little better.
- Work with sales, customer service, purchasing,



andtransportation teams to solve inventory and logistics challenges.

WhatYou Bring to the Team

- Two to five years of experience in warehouse,distribution, lumber, building materials, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience leading people and keeping a team moving inthe same direction.
- Knowledge of material storage, handling, forkliftoperation, and heavy-lifting safety practices is a definite asset.
- A talent for staying organized, setting priorities, andkeeping calm when the warehouse gets busy.
- Clear communication, positive leadership, and a genuinecommitment to customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-firstmindset—even on the busiest days.

ThePractical Details

- Location: In person at Warman Home Centre, 601 SouthRailway Street West, Warman.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday & every second Saturday
- Hours of work: 8:00am – 6:00pm (Nov-Mar) & 7:00am – 6:00pm(Apr-Oct) – minimum 8 hour work days with the opportunity to earn overtime.
- Wage: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
