Industra is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent for Metro Vancouver’s sanitary forcemain replacement project. You will direct crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain secure execution across open-cut HDPE pipe, trenchless crossing, bypass pumping, live tie-ins, and gas main relocation. The work serves Metro Vancouver and runs through a residential neighbourhood.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations according to plans and specifications

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal field crews

Execute shutdowns, tie-ins, and complex construction sequencing

Enforce safety, quality,



environmental, and regulatory requirements

Complete reports, RFIs, inspections, and Procore documentation

Requirements

10+ years of construction experience

Senior foreman or Superintendent-level experience

Extensive wastewater treatment plant construction experience

Experience managing complex scopes, shutdowns, and active-facility tie-ins

Red Seal or equivalent trade certification required
