- Oversee shop floor production aligned with customer orders
- Optimize resources for production and organizational goals
- Monitor departmental budgets for compliance
- Enforce Quality standards, Training, and ES&H; policies
- Foster Lean Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a related operational role
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to drive performance and achieve KPIs
