Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate components using hand tools, machinery, and welding equipment.
- Perform welding operations on various materials, ensuring strong and precise welds.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.
- Assemble ductwork and other fabricated parts according to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- A commitment to safety practices in the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
