We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll help with daily food preparation, cooking, kitchen organization, and maintaining food safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, learns quickly, and can stay focused and organized during busy service periods.

Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but it’s not required. We’re happy to train the right candidates who have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.
- Assemble and prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cook, grill, and fry food items as required.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented properly.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
- Assist with kitchen opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
- Support other kitchen tasks as needed during busy service periods.

Experience & Qualifications Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Prep Cook or Line Cook
- Restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Fast-food or quick-service restaurant
- Culinary or food-service environment

Culinary education or formal training is an asset but not necessary. Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfort working around grills, fryers, and other hot kitchen equipment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to maintain an efficient pace during busy service periods.
