We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wide Format Print Production Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating large-format printing equipment, managing production workflows, and ensuring high-quality output for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, warehouse operations, or related fields, with a strong focus on precision and efficiency.

Duties
- Operate wide-format printing machinery to produce high-quality graphics and signage according to specifications.
- Manage the setup, calibration, and maintenance of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading large rolls of media and finished products.
- Package printed materials securely for delivery or storage, ensuring protection during transit.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and correct any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and equipment troubleshooting.
Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with familiarity in packaging, machining, or related processes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing and auxiliary equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing precise and high-quality printed materials.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
- Prior experience with warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
This role is ideal for candidates eager to expand their technical expertise in print production while contributing to a collaborative manufacturing environment. Pay: $16.75-$39.03 per hour
