As a regional law firm, we have a cost structure that allows excellent legal services to be priced competitively.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated lawyer to join our Wills and Estates team. They will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of wills and estates matters. This position is for an in-person job at our Guelph office.





The ideal candidate must have experience with estate planning and estate administration, and estate litigation would be beneficial. The successful candidate should also:

- Possess at least 4+ years of relevant experience from a reputable Canadian law firm in wills, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
- Be a member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
- Thrive in a team environment
- Work independently
- Have excellent technical, drafting and client communication skills are a must.

Preferred but not required:
- Be experienced in completing residential purchases, sales and institutional and private mortgage transactions in an efficient manner;
- Advise on title and zoning matters, landlord and tenant relationships, third party service arrangements, planning and development matters, etc.; and
- Work with clients directly and with minimal direction.
