Centennial Pool Association is expanding its wellness and recreation programming, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, qualified instructors to join our team!

We are seeking yoga instructors, swim instructors, and ideally individuals who can teach both. This is an opportunity to help build a welcoming program that supports fitness, wellness, and community connection.

What you'll teach

- Yoga: Beginner-friendly and all-levels classes in a welcoming environment.
- Aquatic fitness: Opportunities to develop and deliver programs such as Adult swim lessons, Swim Fit and Aqua Yoga.
- Future programming: Potential to expand into additional classes and specialized wellness programs based on community interest.

Schedule We plan to start with morning yoga classes daily from 8:45–9:45 a.m., with opportunities to expand into midday and evening classes as the program grows.

We are especially interested in instructors who can offer a consistent weekly schedule or teach multiple classes back-to-back, including morning and evening sessions.

Qualifications

Yoga instructors:

- Recognized yoga teacher training, ideally a 200-hour certification or equivalent.




- Experience leading protected, engaging classes for a range of abilities.

Swim and aquatic instructors:

- Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification is preferred
- Aquatfit, or Aqua Yoga ertifications required
- Current First Aid/CPR required
- National Lifeguard certification are asset

You do not need to hold both yoga and swim instructor certifications to apply. We welcome qualified applicants with either skill set, and candidates who can teach both are especially encouraged to apply.
