We're not looking for beginners. We're looking for experienced cleaning professionals who already operate their own business, have their own paying clients and want to expand their earning opportunities.

Who We're Looking For To qualify, you MUST:

- Currently own and operate an established residential cleaning business
- Have your own active, paying residential cleaning clients




- Have proven professional residential house cleaning experience
- Have experience managing your own clients, bookings and business operations
- Supply your own qualified cleaning equipment and products
- Have reliable transportation to travel between cleaning assignments
- Maintain excellent cleaning standards and attention to detail
- Be professional, dependable and responsive
- Be able to provide a valid criminal record check

Please note: This opportunity is not suitable for applicants who are new to residential cleaning, have never operated their own cleaning business or are seeking traditional hourly employment.

How the Partnership Works

You continue running your own business while accepting additional residential cleaning assignments through Polished Cleaning Services.

You choose your availability, decide which bookings to accept and can propose different rates for consideration before accepting an assignment.

We provide client opportunities, marketing, booking technology and administrative support.

Compensation is based on completed bookings rather than hourly wages. A marketing and platform services charge applies as outlined in our subcontractor agreement.

There are no guaranteed minimum bookings, and you're free to continue growing your own business independently.
