Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation
- Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely meal preparation
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for service
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including cleaning fryers, utensils, and kitchen surfaces throughout the shift




- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies to promote a protected and hygienic kitchen environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a rapid-paced setting
