We are looking for someone to help join our growing startup pottery company. In this role the successful candidate will be processing online orders, locating merchandise and packaging orders for shipment. Our fulfillment associate is an integral part in our store ensuring customers receive the correct orders in good condition and on schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Fulfilling orders on multiple e-commerce websites including; Shopify, Etsy and Amazon.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Printing out mailing slips.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Able to quickly grasp new computer systems
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Customer service skills
