Northern Computer Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to join our on-site team across BC from Kelowna. You’ll be the face of on-site support, installing gear, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Service Desk, NOC/SOC, Projects, and Account Management.

You’ll perform Tier 2–3 troubleshooting, maintain explicit ticketing documentation, and ensure proactive visits/ deployments are completed with quality. Travel up to 75% required.
