Deliver spinal cord rehabilitation nursing at UHN’s Lyndhurst Centre in Toronto, using health assessment and neurological care skills. This is temporary full time.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will support nursing care within the Spinal Cord Rehab Program. You will contribute to inter-professional care, patient education, care planning, and safe practice within scope. The work includes supporting Urology, Skin and Wound, botox, and ITB clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide education to patients and families about health promotion
- Contribute to care planning and follow designed care plans
- Provide safe, competent care within scope of practice
- Support clinics including Urology, Skin and Wound, botox, and ITB




- Participate in student mentorship and hospital-wide initiatives

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario general certificate
- Recent health or physical assessment course completion
- Basic Cardiac Life Support C level certification
- Recent neurological rehabilitation nursing experience
- Experience with trach care, suctioning, tube feeding, and bowel management
