VERB Interactive is a digital marketing and technology agency based in downtown Halifax. The Digital Analyst supports website and digital marketing measurement, reporting, and analysis for clients.

What You Will Do

- Support website and campaign tracking setup and ongoing management.
- Coordinate with analytics and development teams to ensure tracking is implemented accurately.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on website, campaign, and marketing performance.
- Analyze website behaviour, marketing channels, conversions, and customer journeys to identify trends and opportunities.
- Investigate performance changes and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO/GEO, CRM, UX, development, and other teams.
- Validate reports and dashboards, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot data-quality issues.
- Communicate findings to clients and monitor analytics alerts and unusual performance changes.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, including segmentation,



reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience building dashboards using Data Studio, Tableau, or another reporting platform.
- Experience with spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, charts, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL; Python familiarity is an asset.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO/GEO, email/CRM, social media, website performance, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-accuracy, and communication skills.
