Coordinate recruitment projects for Salutem Care and Education in Windsor, using solid organisation and communication skills across a hybrid working pattern.
As a Resourcer for Projects, you will manage candidate-focused recruitment across all divisions. You will support hiring managers from vacancy approval through offer acceptance, while using the Applicant Tracking System, recruitment trackers, and sourcing methods. The role connects closely with Divisional Teams, Central Resourcing, and HR to deliver compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through offer acceptance
- Post vacancies on internal and external job boards
- Schedule interviews around manager and candidate availability
- Update recruitment trackers and monitor key performance indicators
- Follow up on candidate files and Right to Work documents
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to resolving issues independently
- Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is desirable
