Cellcom Communications is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to own the employee training journey from onboarding to leadership development. You will deliver training, track progress, and use performance results to address gaps, partnering with store managers, HR and operations across Ontario.
You will design materials, launch new device and product trainings, and provide in office support during peak periods, traveling across stores in Ontario as needed.
