As Security Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at UHN’s Reactivation Care Centre. Lead security staff, maintain policy compliance, support development, and coordinate with UHN stakeholders. This role requires healthcare security leadership experience, strong coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and mentor security staff and Team Leads
- Oversee daily security operations and scheduled activities
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and workplace concerns
- Conduct patrols, audits, inspections, and quality reviews
- Respond to emergencies and hospital code activations

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of healthcare security leadership experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Valid Use of Force and MOAB certifications
- Required immunization records and two-step TB test
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
