Serve U-Haul customers with equipment inspection and rental technology skills while providing assistance inside and outside the center.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent U-Haul’s service standards and help customers with products and services. You will use U-Scan technology, dispatch and return equipment, and receive on-the-job education. The work includes customer communication, equipment care, and rental processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Answer questions and educate customers about services

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with positive driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors around equipment
- Ability to use required protective clothing or gear
