On a six-month contract, this Executive Assistant supports Managing Directors and the Integrated Strategies team within the Office of the Chief Investment Officer. The work requires administrative coordination, discretion, organization, and strong communication. You will help maintain efficient daily operations across global offices and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendars, meetings, calls, rooms, and scheduling logistics
- Coordinate international travel, itineraries, expenses, and administrative requirements
- Prepare executive documents, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials




- Organize team events and coordinate external partners, assistants, and vendors
- Manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor's degree
- Six or more years supporting senior leaders professionally
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, travel, and reimbursements
- Solid organization, detail orientation, and deadline management
- English communication skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
