University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a part-time Pharmacist to deliver patient-focused care at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and UHN Reactivation Care Centre. The role involves pharmacotherapy assessments, medication histories, and ensuring secure medication use across multiple rehabilitation programs.

The position is temporary part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with shifts Monday through Friday, including weekends and on-call.
