Build email marketing experience as a CRM Intern with DECIEM in Toronto, supporting campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.

Working with CRM, Brand, and Creative teams, you will support customer communications for The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and emerging brands. This Winter 2027 internship develops practical experience in campaign coordination, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and customer journey insights. The position runs from January 5 to April 23, 2027, at DECIEM’s Toronto head office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning and launch of email campaigns
- Maintain the global CRM calendar and campaign timelines
- Build emails, set audiences, and test content
- Track open rates, clicks, conversions, and campaign trends




- Review links, copy, imagery, formatting, and product details

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed marketing, business, or communications studies
- Interest in email marketing and customer journeys
- Interest in data, trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency
- Robust communication, organization, and attention to detail
