The Analyst, Retail Capability and Support is a 17-month contract role supporting business capability development and implementation. You will analyze requirements, document workflows, and help translate stakeholder needs into product specifications. The work includes Agile ceremonies, testing, launch support, and post-launch improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
- Map current and future process flows
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria
- Support UAT, sprint planning,



and go-live activities
- Track bugs, change requests, and compliance updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology
- Two or more years in business analysis or project coordination
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
