Mint Green Group is seeking an experienced eCommerce Merchant to lead the Canadian direct-to-consumer assortment for New Era. You’ll own what to sell, when it launches, and how it’s presented, within your open-to-buy and aligned with the Product Line Manager and wholesale team.

The role requires at least 3+ years in ecommerce merchandising, strong analytics, and the ability to manage launches in a fast-paced sports lifestyle setting. Toronto or Montreal-based with a hybrid work model.
