As a Talent Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and represent SOTI’s employer brand. The work includes Software Development and engineering searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate assessments, and talent analytics. You will advise Hiring Managers through complex hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment from intake sessions through offer negotiations
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive technical talent
- Provide market insights and compensation benchmarking
- Champion best-in-class candidate experiences
- Manage recruitment vendors and process improvements
Requirements:
- Five to seven years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Technical recruiting experience across software development roles
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and sourcing expertise
- Experience using ATS and CRM tools
- Ability to influence challenging stakeholders with data
