Lead retail floor operations at Talize in Kingston, Ontario, using merchandising and customer service skills. This full-time role requires open availability.

As Retail Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position combines team leadership, register accuracy, merchandising standards, and loss prevention. You will also support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee engagement while maintaining Talize’s sustainable fashion mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead floor walkthroughs, task delegation, and merchandising standards
- Oversee opening, closing, registers, pricing, and floor readiness
- Train team members on POS, merchandising, and loss prevention
- Assist with hiring, coaching, feedback,



and policy enforcement
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail management experience
- Robust passion for retail and customer experiences
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push 500-pound containers
