We are a busy family in Owen Sound, Ontario, looking to hire a nurturing and responsible nanny to help on a part time/periodic basis. Our ideal candidate will have experience caring for toddlers. We have two active boys
- ages 1 and 3. This is a part time, periodic live-out position that offers flexible hours to fit your schedule. Ideally we would want someone 3 mornings per week from 7:30-10am or so to help us get organized in the morning and get the boys off to daycare. The hope would be that you could stay after the boys leave also and tidy/organize after the morning chaos. This would include some light housework
- mostly clearing surfaces and some kids' laundry. We also need help from time to time on weekend evenings. Hours could increase as we get to know each other if the fit is right. We value safety and engagement in our home, and we are looking for someone who shares these values. Duties could involve some minor meal prep.
The ability to prepare nutritious meals and maintain a tidy environment is essential. We also have a dog home but she is fairly self sufficient. There would be times when we would be in the home but still require some assistance. We are offering a competitive wage of $20 per hour but could increase based on willingness to complete tasks and experience.
