This experienced Chatbot Content Developer position focuses on improving knowledge sources for chatbots and AI-enabled applications. You will convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats. The work includes automation utilities, documentation management, and collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources
- Convert Confluence pages into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats
- Develop automation scripts for content conversion and migration
- Maintain documentation in Git, GitHub,



or Bitbucket repositories
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices

Requirements:

- Five or more years using Python or Java for automation
- Hands-on Markdown and documentation-as-code experience
- Confluence administration and content migration experience
- Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar platform proficiency
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
